In April, 2006, Jazz appeared at the Super Pet Expo in Chantilly, Virginia

The hat and cane are from our Top Hat, White Tie, and Tails Canine Musical Freestyle Routine.

Jazz is a very energetic and friendly dog who likes to have a job. She is extremely intelligent and curious.

Jazz is a blue merle tri Australian Shepherd. She has competed in Agility, Flyball, Canine Musical Freestyle, Obedience, Rally, and canine disc. Jazz came to live with me from Aussie Rescue and Placement Hotline (ARPH) at the age of 18 months.

Jazz began competing in Flyball in 2003. She earned her Flyball MasterTitle in 2005, earning 5,000 points. She earned her Flyball Master Excellent Title (FMX-10,000 points) in 2006 and Her Flyball Master Champoin (FMCH - 15,000 points) in June 2007.

Jazz earned her ONYX title (20,000 points) in June 2009.

Jazz also does Canine Musical Freestyle. This is a choreographed routine performed by a dog and handler to music.

These are photos from some of the routines we've done.

You can learn more about Canine Musical Freestyle on the WCFO website.

This routine is a work in progress. We did it for a demo and taped it to send out as a holiday greeting, but hope to develop it further.

Jazz even tried her paw at Canine Acting in a Summer Dinner Theatre production of
"Annie Get Your Gun"!

She was the "poster child" for the canine actors with the photo below.
