Finn is the newest addition to our family.

He is a red-headed tri Pembroke Welsh Corgi, born February 21, 2010.

Finn's name was derived from his breeder's kennel name, Elf Saddle, and from a character from the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.

Finrod Felagund was an elf in the Middle Earth series who was given the nickname of "Finrod Edennil" or "Friend of Men".

Finn is true to his name, as he loves to meet all people. He loves men, women, children, and the elderly.

We don't know yet where Finn's talents will lie, but we hope to try Canine Musical Freestyle, Flyball, and Rally, and maybe even some duck herding. For now, he is taking classes and learning new behaviors.

He also loves to play with his chihuahua/Jack cousin, Cinnamon, and his aussie sisters, Jazz and Ruby.

On New Years Day 2012, we went for a fun walk around Great Meadows near The Plains, VA. and his breeder took some conformation shots of Finn stacked on a table. Thanks Bonnie!
